Always the best, prices and service are great.

Pulled in the parking lot at 5 minutes to close. They killed the lights, standing in line, 2 minutes to 10, the lady rudely said she was only helping the next two couples. Granite we are there with two families (6 kids). My kids (5 And 7) experianced the rudeness and the non professional work ethics of the lady in the window. I and even my family had went here as kids (many many many years), and as of this day, i regret supporting their business. For the last 30+ years.. I will edit this review if they make it right.

Go there frequently in the summer as my wife loves ice cream. They are closed for the fall/winter now. The owner is a very sweet lady. Nice to visit with her.

This place was busy, and the service was a little slow. The two older ladies that work there were funny and sweet. They greeted everyone with a hearty hello and a smile. I will come back to this place. Only thing I can say is, on busy day they need one or two people behind the counter to speed things along, other than that it was a nice experience.

Good Ice cream, but they are VERY stingy. They cost about the same or more than Normal Ice Cream, but Miss Lisa's large cone is smaller than Norm's small cone.I asked if they had an EXTRA large cone, they said no. They had on person taking orders and two others filling them, but they were painfully slow. If you are in a group of four the first person will be halfway done eating before the last person gets their ice cream. (because remember they don't give you very much).

Amazing hometown service and such an easy location to get to right off of Hwy 31! What better than a convenient roadside stop that caters to families and let's the kids stretch their legs and play? Love it!

Closed now. Best of luck. Cant wait for the new business to come in.Local staple. Summer doesn't start until that first ice cream cone at Miss Lisa's.

Great ice cream and atmosphere and customer service!

I have been going to Miss Lisa's since I was a very young girl. When we earned money we'd ride our bikes down to get ice cream. I now take my children here. Brings back amazing memories watching them. Feels like home :)

Great service fun local people best ice cream

They are just rude.. And serve bad stuff.. We ordered Sunday and pecans were bad.. When we ate it it was just bitter and we told them. They were not ready to accept and did not even appologize .. That old lady was showing attitude and we told her we are not coming back and garbage the whole Sunday in front of her.. We just wasted our money and time going there. Worst experience Miss Lisa's place .. Horrible

Great place for ice cream treats.

The old lady was rude. FYI they don't have the hard shell cherry topping, they don't have marshmallow topping, haven't had it for 30 years apparently, and she CAN'T take credit /debit cards. I went to my car to see if I had cash but I ended up leaving after thinking about how rude she was. I'm not upset that they didn't have these things it was the way she said it. We went to The Front Porch in Spring Lake. They have marshmallow and accept credit cards, I'm not sure about the cherry topping. They were very friendly there, seemed to appreciate their customers.

Rude Employees. They advertise having the brownie batter icecream with brownie chunks, carmel swirl and vanilla icecream. However I was served like a chocolate icecream that tasted horrible no chucks or anything? So we asked them and she rudely told me that's what they have and she can't do anything. Well they shouldn't advertise something they don't sell! We ended up having to BUY a different flavor and weren't even offered a new kind, because of THEIR MISLEADING ADVERTISING. Both the ladies were rude. Probably won't go here again. Whole thing could of been solved if there was good service.....

Best darn ice cream place in the Grand Haven area. I been going there for the last 25-30 years and it's still the same wonderful people.

Good ice cream but nothing super special. Cute little place with just walk up windows to order from. They do have a playground and decent grounds to sit at.

There are lots of ice cream shops in the area, but this is by far my favorite. Family owned and operated and the people are very nice.

The BEST ice cream...well, ANYWHERE! High quality, extra creamy ice cream without the ice crystals. It's my absolute favorite soft serve! It has been in the same family for as long as I can remember. You can count on them being there with a smile, kind words and genuine appreciation for your business.

It’s open! Now called A La Mode. Same great location and service. Recently purchased by new owner who updated the exterior and “menu.” My understanding is the owner has a background as a pastry chef and has added signature sundaes as her own touch. It opened 5/22 and I was happy to see the previous owner there helping out. So glad this remained an ice cream place and I’m looking forward to trying a specialty sundae the next time.

Great prices and really good ice cream

Standard ice-cream stand. Good selection and reasonable prices. What makes Miss Lisa's stand out is the location. Its right on the way to or from the south side of the Grand Haven pier and one state park. Plus its a fast stop off and on of US 31.

Has a cute lil playground type thing and good ice cream

Have enjoyed ice cream here for 36 years! Not the cheapest place around but great ice cream and very clean.

Good prices, if they don't mess up and charge ten times the amount on you credit card. Great ice cream but need to work on customer service.
